- Electronics: We do not offer refunds on electronics, including tablets and automotive tools.
- Apparel: Refunds are available for apparel items (clothing, shoes, bags) if the return is made within 7 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- A proof of purchase is required (receipt or order confirmation).
3. Return Process
Customers must return the product to our warehouse. Refunds will only be processed once the item has been received and inspected by our team.

Refunds are processed via:
- Cash in hand for in-person returns, or
- Return to the original payment method (Visa card or Mobile Money).
5. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are not refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
6. Restocking Fees
- We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
7. Processing Time
Once we receive the returned item, it will take up to one week to inspect the product’s quality. After the inspection, the refund will be processed within a few business days.
